With an extensive background managing VCS organisations and public sector projects Joe brings with him a wealth of experience in supply chain management and organisational development. He looks after much of the day to day work.

Wayne Dobson - Trustee (Treasurer)

As an experienced Charity leader Wayne brings with him considerable experience of transforming organisations. Wayne’s desire to work with Windfall comes from a passion to help others improve their organisational sustainability.

Andy Urwin - Trustee (Secretary)

Andy has extensive experience leading major projects in the commercial and charity sector. His meticulous approach to work coupled with his passion for tackling insecurity makes him a significant asset to Windfall.
