Gleaning is the act of gathering leftover crops after a harvest. This tradition continues today, providing food for those in need whilst seeking to minimise food waste.

Windfall acts as a central hub for a range of farms across Northumberland and surrounding areas. This central hub is able to take receipt of and redistribute surplus produce to charitable organisations across the region.
